This second iteration of the Feuerwehr Offroad Event in 2026, organized by SCHMITT Feuerwehrtechnik, takes place at the Offroad Park of the Nürburgring. Participants will engage in six specialized training modules covering practical scenarios for emergency vehicle drivers and firefighters. Expect hands-on experience with LKW (truck) off-road driving, ATV use on steep inclines, and winch operations in challenging environments. The training spans over 5,000 m² of varied terrain, focusing on vehicle capabilities, tactical approaches, and teamwork to prepare you for incidents like forest or vegetation fires. The event is open to all fire brigade members in Germany.
