This 'Free Drifting' event is designed for seasoned drifters looking to push their limits on a uniquely challenging track. Get ready to experience the thrill of sideways action in a dedicated and safe environment.
This event offers a fantastic opportunity for advanced drifters to hone their skills. The track, marked with tires and tape, includes ample run-off areas, ensuring a safe yet exciting experience. The layout is intentionally tighter and slower than typical Drift Series tracks, and it will be watered to enhance the drifting conditions. Friday kicks off with an Open Pitlane session, running counter-clockwise. For Saturday and Sunday, the event transitions to three distinct groups driving clockwise, with alternating 30-minute and 20-minute driving rotations. Participants can select a group that best suits their vehicle and experience level. Both street-legal and non-street-legal vehicles are welcome, though electric and hybrid cars are not permitted. On Sunday, be mindful of the daylight saving time change; sunset is at 17:17, so only vehicles equipped with proper lighting can participate after 17:00. A spectacular fireworks display is scheduled to commence around 17:45.
